Free Your Soul: Aerobic Exercise Training for Body, Soul, and Spirit—Infused with the Flair of Cuban and Brazilian Music
We practice mobilization, isolation movements, and step combinations for Latin American dances. Training with *Salsa Movimientos* creates a fluid flow of movement throughout the entire body, with a specific focus on the shoulders and back. In this way, muscles in the shoulders, back, hips, abdomen, waist, and legs are strengthened. Additionally, fat is burned through aerobic dance segments. To conclude, we perform relaxing stretching exercises, a guided meditation, and Ecstatic Dance.
